Why Does My Stomach Stick Out After Eating Small Amount Of Food Is It True About 'stomach Shrinking' On A Diet? How Long Does It Take For Habits To Change?

Is it true about 'stomach shrinking' on a diet? How long does it take for habits to change? - why does my stomach stick out after eating small amount of food

Please go to the last two digits of the most important question, but I wrote some basic information if you any help:

I begin to eat healthier, Saturday. I am very overweight and suffering from this for a while and thought to myself, not rush things. I decided that I am willing to change my eating habits and lifestyle.

I know it will be difficult to do and want the best possible start. Change in the amounts of fruits and vegetables you eat (plus), drink more, practice every day (I will return with caution because of problems with the weight of my misery compounded to start!), Breakfast and meals, such as logging, but because, above all a very economical / observer approach to weight style.

My problem is, andTing HUGE meal and not after biting mad chips (crisps) things good and sweet. I am one of the fortunate, if breakfast is not the end of the meal, too, etc.

As is my habit, I decided (not limit the quantity of potatoes per week, to limit my intake of carbohydrates per day on the Atkins-style, but not in 300 grams of pasta and 6 slices of bread meal!).

I have to change eating 2 meals, eat 5 meals a day. Little and often. I think it could help me to take control of large parts and is expected to change in my diet, like me, who tend to glueing food production, I am 'good' with. They eat five small meals a day, right? Can you prevent a slower metabolism, or?

My second question is: Is dust a history of women is shrinking as the stomach when you are on a diet and, literally, have difficulty eating the amounts that have made the greatest? How long does it take to eat a healthy diet and has become more a habit (though really, really want and need)?

Thank you for reading, further advice would apprecieted. Thank you.
